Email Campaign

Email Campaign

Email Campaign logs record what your campaigns actually sent. A campaign reaches many recipients at once, and this is where you confirm delivery rather than assuming it — the difference between "we sent it" and "it arrived".

Where to find it

Go to CRM > Email Campaign.

What the log shows

ColumnDescription
CampaignWhich campaign the message belonged to.
RecipientWho it was sent to.
GroupThe campaign group the recipient came from.
SubjectThe subject line sent.
Date & TimeWhen it went out.
StatusWhether it was sent or failed.

Reading the log

  • A batch of failures with the same error usually means an SMTP problem, not a content one — check SMTP Setup.
  • Scattered individual failures are usually bad addresses in the group.
  • Everything sent and nobody responding is a deliverability question — see the SPF and DKIM guidance in SMTP Setup.
Sent means your mail server accepted the message, not that a human read it. Campaigns are far more likely than transactional email to land in spam, so a clean log with no engagement is worth investigating rather than celebrating.
