Material Return
Material Return brings unused material back from site into stock. Contract work always over-issues to some extent, and without a return the surplus stays costed to a finished project while physically sitting in your yard — overstating that contract's cost and understating your stock.

Go to TenderPro > Material Return. Create one with New Material Return.
Recording a return

| Process Material Return | Commits it and brings stock back in. |
Edit Material Return amends one before processing.
Run the returns before closing a project, not after. Once a contract is marked complete nobody goes back to the site list, and the surplus is written off by default — which is a real cost charged to a job that did not incur it.
Tools and equipment
Tools sent to site are expected back in full. Reconciling tool returns against what was indented is the practical way to notice equipment going missing while there is still someone on site to ask.
