Attendance Inquiry
Attendance Inquiry reviews recorded working time. Attendance is how you document the hours your employees work and the time they take off, and this list is where those records are checked before payroll runs against them.
Where to find it
Go to HRM > Attendance.
Filtering attendance records
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Employee | One person, or everyone. |
| Department | Restrict to a department. |
| Date Range | The period to review. |
| Status | Present, absent, on leave or holiday. |
What the list shows
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Employee | Whose attendance it is. |
| Date | The day recorded. |
| Shift | The working pattern applied. |
| In / Out | Recorded times. |
| Hours | Time worked. |
| Status | Present, absent, leave or holiday. |
Check for gaps before running payroll. A missing day is not the same as an absent one — a gap usually reads as present and quietly overpays, and once payroll has processed that date the record can no longer be corrected.
