Attendance Inquiry

Attendance keeps track of your employee hours. It is the system you use to document the time your employees work and the time they take off. Attendance can be recorded using various methods such as paper records, spreadsheets, punching time cards, or online attendance software.

To access the Attendance Inquiry feature:  HRM > "Attendance" tab.

You can filter attendance records using the following steps:

 Fiscal Year: Choose the fiscal year from the dropdown menu.
 Month: Choose the month for which you want to view attendance records.
 Department: Choose the department from the dropdown menu.
Click the "Search" button to display the filtered attendance records. The attendance inquiry also includes the OT, Special OT, LOP information with it.
