Overview

The Lead View in TamilAccounting is designed to manage and track potential customers (leads) from initial contact through to conversion. This interface provides an organized way to view and manage details about leads, ensuring that sales opportunities are not missed and are properly nurtured.

Details in Lead View

  1. General Tab:

    • Currency: The currency in which transactions with this lead will be conducted (e.g., Indian Rupee).
    • Client: The name of the client or company associated with the lead (e.g., Marina Smsyco.).
    • Title: The title or description of the lead (e.g., Test Lead).
    • Website: The website associated with the lead (e.g., naim.com).
    • Lead Source: The source from which the lead was obtained (e.g., Cold Call).
    • Industry List: The industry in which the lead operates (e.g., Industry 1).
    • Lead Status: The current status of the lead, such as whether it is new, in progress, or closed (e.g., Not Started).
  2. Details Section:

    • Lead Name: The name of the person or entity that is the lead (e.g., Naim Babu).
    • City: The city where the lead is located (e.g., Abiramam).
    • State/Province: The state or province where the lead is located (e.g., Tamil Nadu).
    • Country: The country of the lead (e.g., India).
    • Mobile Phone: The contact number of the lead (e.g., 2342342).
    • Email: The email address of the lead (e.g., naim@kvcodes.com).
  3. Actions:

    • Convert to Opportunity: This option allows you to convert the lead into a sales opportunity, which can be further pursued by your sales team.
    • Convert to Customer: This option enables you to convert the lead directly into a customer in the system, useful when the lead is ready to make a purchase.
  4. Tabs for Lead Management:

    • Tasks: View and manage tasks related to the lead.
    • Activity: Track the activity history related to the lead.
    • Files: Manage files and documents related to the lead.
    • Proposals: View and manage proposals sent to the lead.
