Company Theme Setup
Theme Setup controls how the system looks — logos, icons, colour scheme, fonts and the login page. It shapes what your staff see every day and what your customers see on printed documents and the portal.
Where to find it
Go to Setup > Display > Theme Setup.
General Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Company Logo | Appears on reports and forms. Upload a new image to replace it at any time, or remove it to fall back to the company name. |
| Favicon / Icon | The small icon shown in the browser tab. |
| Login Page Style | The layout and imagery on the sign-in screen. |
| Animations | Interface animation. Turning it off can help on older hardware. |
Preferences
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Colour Scheme | The accent colours applied across the interface. |
| Fonts | The typeface used on screen. |
| Report Fonts | The typeface used on printed documents and PDFs. Set separately, because a screen font is not always a good print font. |
| Language | The interface language for the company. |
Individual users can override theme, colour and language on their own account. What you set here is the company default, not a lock.
