Employee Inquiry

Overview

The Employee Inquiry in our ERP system provides a comprehensive view of all employees. This feature includes filtering options, detailed displays, and actions such as editing, printing, and deleting employee records. Each employee's details can be viewed by clicking on their name.

Accessing the Employee Inquiry : go to HRM > Employee Tab.

To apply filters:

Select a Department: Choose the department from the dropdown menu.
Status: Choose the status (Active/Inactive) from the dropdown menu.
Enter your Search term in the search box.
Click the "Search" button to see the filtered results.

More Options:

View : Click on the employee's name in the table for detailed view.
Edit : To edit an employee's details, click on the edit icon.
Print : To print an employee's details, click on the print icon.
Delete : To delete an employee's record, click on the delete icon.
Ensure you have the necessary permissions to edit, print, or delete employee records.
