New Disposal
Disposal of eliminating assets from the accounting records. It requires to remove all traces of an asset from the Balance sheet, It may also requires to record the gain or loss because of this asset. The process of disposal is to revers both the recorded cost of fixed asset and its accumulated depreciation value. With that if you we remaining, that will be calculated as either gain or loss.To create a new Disposal, go to Fixed Assets > New > Disposal
Disposal Popup window appear on the screen. There you need to choose the date of disposal, So the asset wont be used to perform depreciations anymore after the disposal. The value of the asset cleared here.
