Issues

Issues

The Issues list shows every component movement into production across all work orders. Where the issue screen records one transaction, this is the register of all of them — what left stock, from which location, for which order and which work centre.

What the list shows

ColumnDescription
WorkorderThe order the components went to. Click through to it.
DateWhen they were issued.
LocationThe warehouse the stock left.
WorkcentreWhich work centre the material went to.
BranchThe branch the issue belongs to.
StatusWhether the issue is a draft or processed.

Filters

Filter by location (All Locations for everything), by work centre (All Workcentres), by branch, and by date range.

Drafts count for nothing. An issue left in draft has not moved any stock, so a component that looks issued on this list but is still sitting in the warehouse is usually a draft nobody processed.

What to use it for

  • Reconciling a stock discrepancy — this is where material physically left.
  • Checking a work centre's consumption over a period.
  • Finding issues raised against the wrong location before they distort stock.
