Agents
Agents are the people who bring members into the society, and Agents settings is where they and their commission are recorded. Every member can be attributed to the agent who signed them up.
Where to find it
Go to BurialPro > Settings > Agents.
What an agent record holds
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The agent or referrer. |
| Contact | Phone and email. |
| Comm % | What they earn, where it differs from the product rate. |
| Region | Where they operate. |
| Status | Whether they are still active. |
Look at agent recruitment alongside member retention. An agent who signs many members who lapse within a year is costing the society commission on cover it never really sold.
Where agents appear
An agent is selected on New Member, and their commission follows the rate on the cover product unless overridden here.
