Projects
Projects is the register of every tender you have bid on or won. Each carries a code, a customer, a region and a status that moves as the contract progresses — and everything else in the module attaches to one of these records.
Where to find it
Go to TenderPro > Projects.
Project statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Created | Recorded, not yet bid. |
| Participated | Bid submitted. |
| Awarded | Won — an LOA follows. |
| Unsuccessful | Lost. The EMD should come back. |
| SD Paid | Security deposit lodged. |
| PO generated | Materials ordered. |
| Goods Received | Materials in. |
| Site work completed | Delivery finished on site. |
| Invoice initiated | Billing started. |
| Payment Received | Money in. |
| Payment not done | Billed but unpaid. |
| Project Completed | Everything closed. |
| Held / Cancelled | Paused, or abandoned. |
An unsuccessful bid still has money attached. The EMD lodged to enter is refundable whether you won or not, so losing a tender is the moment to start the refund, not the moment to stop looking at the project.
Project types

| Supply & Erection | Goods supplied and installed. |
| Service Only | Labour with no material supply. |
Filters
Filter by customer, project, status and date. All Projects shows everything including closed ones.
