Vehicle Details
Vehicle Details holds the vehicles used to move material to site. Recording them means a transfer document names the vehicle and driver that carried the goods, which is what makes a delivery traceable when site says something never arrived.
Where to find it
Go to TenderPro > Settings > Vehicle Details.
Field reference

| Name(Model) | What the vehicle is. |
| Driver Name | Who normally drives it. |
| Phone No | How to reach the driver in transit. |
A vehicle in use on a material transfer cannot be deleted. Retire it from selection instead — the transfers it carried still need to name it, and removing the record breaks the trail on deliveries already made.
Where vehicles are used
The vehicle is selected on a Material Transfer and printed on the transfer document that travels with the goods.
