Web Candidate Setup
Web Candidate Setup builds the application form that sits on your careers page. Job seekers who complete it land straight in your Candidates list with their CV attached, so there is no inbox of applications to sort through by hand.
Where to find it
Go to HRM > Settings > Web Candidate Setup.
Field reference
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Form Name | The heading shown above the form. |
| Submit Button Text | What the button says. |
| Success Message | What the applicant sees after submitting. |
| Additional CSS | Styling to match your careers page. |
Putting it on your site
The setup produces embeddable code you place on your careers page. Vacancies posted elsewhere can route applicants to the same form, so everything arrives in one list regardless of where it was advertised.
The Candidates feature has to be enabled in HRM Settings for this to be reachable. Applications only help if someone is watching the list — an application form nobody checks is worse than none, because the applicant believes they have applied.
