Portal Overview
The Portal Overview answers two questions: is anybody actually using this, and is anything waiting on us. Adoption figures sit at the top, a thirty-day activity picture below them, and then the queues — documents to review, payments to confirm, tickets to answer, attendance corrections to approve.
Adoption
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Customers / Suppliers / Employees | Logins of each type, with how many are active and how many disabled. |
| Active · 30 days | How many signed in at least once in the last thirty days. |
| Never Logged in | Logins created but never used — the follow-up list. |
Counts are shown all time with the last thirty days in brackets, so a healthy portal and a portal that was busy once are not confused with each other.
Activity — last 30 days
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Daily average | Sessions per day across all audiences. |
| Busiest day | When the portal is most used — useful before scheduling anything disruptive. |
| Announcements | What has been published and how it landed. |
| Delivery shipments | Created, in transit and delivered, inbound and outbound. |
| Attendance | Clock-ins from the portal, and corrections waiting for approval. |
What is waiting on you
The Overview surfaces the queues rather than making you visit each tab to find them:
- Documents to review — uploads waiting to be verified or rejected. See Documents.
- Payments to confirm — money customers say they have sent. See Payments.
- Tickets needing attention — open and unanswered. See Helpdesk.
- Attendance fixes to approve — corrections employees have asked for.
- RFQs awaiting quote — where RFQ is enabled. See RFQs.
Recently active users are listed with how long ago they were last seen, with and N more — see Portal Users when there are more than fit.
A high Never Logged in count months after rollout usually means the invitation never reached people, not that they are uninterested. It is worth checking before concluding the portal is not wanted.
