One Portal
One Portal is the outside face of your ERP. Customers, suppliers and employees sign in to a single portal — on the web or on their phone — and see only what belongs to them: their invoices, their orders, their payslips, their leave. Everything they do arrives in the ERP as a real document, and everything you post is visible to them at once.
Three audiences, one portal
| Audience | What they come for |
|---|---|
| Customers | Invoices, statements, orders, deliveries, payments and support tickets. |
| Suppliers | Purchase orders, RFQs, goods received, their own invoices and ledger. |
| Employees | Attendance, leave, payslips, claims, loans, tasks and announcements. |
One login belongs to one person of one type. What they can see is decided by which record they are attached to — a customer login sees that customer's documents and no one else's.
The Portal app in the ERP
Everything you administer is on the Portal page:
| Tab | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Overview | Adoption and activity: who is using it, how much, and what is waiting on you. |
| Documents | Files portal users upload, for you to verify or reject. |
| Announcements | Notices published to one audience or everyone. |
| Helpdesk | Tickets raised from the portal by any of the three audiences. |
| Payments | Payments customers made or declared, for you to confirm and allocate. |
| Delivery Shipments | Inbound and outbound shipments, with their status. |
| RFQs | Requests for quotation suppliers answer in the portal. Shown when RFQ is enabled. |
| Portal Users | The logins themselves. |
