AI Conversations
AI Conversations is the transcript of what your customers have asked the AI assistant and what it answered. It shows where the assistant is genuinely helping, where it is failing, and which parts of the ERP people cannot work out on their own.
Where to find it
Go to Company > AI Conversations.
What it shows
| Detail | Description |
|---|---|
| Company | Whose conversation it is. |
| User | Who was asking. |
| Date and time | When the exchange happened. |
| Messages | The question and the answer, in order. |
What to do with it
| What you see | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| The same question from many companies | A screen that is not self-explanatory. Fix the documentation for it. |
| An answer that is wrong | The underlying help page is wrong or missing — the assistant answers from your documentation. |
| Heavy use by one company | Either strong adoption or someone using the assistant instead of training. Check their credit balance before it runs out. |
| Almost no use at all | Customers do not know the assistant exists. |
Read this screen when documentation is written, not only when something breaks. The questions customers actually ask are a better guide to what needs writing than any internal opinion about what ought to be obvious.
Cost
Every conversation here consumed provider credit. The totals, and the margin you made on them, are on AI Settings.
Privacy
These are your customers' words, including whatever business detail they typed into a question. Treat the screen as confidential and use it to improve the service, not to inspect their business.
