Blog Posts
Blog Posts are the articles on your public website. Their job is search visibility: regular, useful writing is what brings search engine crawlers back and what puts your site in front of people looking for accounting software before they have heard of you.
Where to find it
Go to Company > Posts, or the Blog tab under Pages.
Why it matters
Search engines rank sites that publish regularly and answer real questions. A site with a pricing page and nothing else has almost nothing for a crawler to index, and no reason for anyone to link to it. Articles are what change that.
Writing a post
- Add a post from the Blog tab.
- Give it a category so it is grouped with related articles.
- Write the body in the editor.
- Publish it.
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Title | What appears in search results. Write it as the question a customer would type. |
| Category | Managed on the Categories tab. A category still in use cannot be deleted. |
| Body | The article. |
What to write about
- Questions your customers actually ask — AI Conversations is a ready-made list of them.
- Local tax and compliance changes, where you know your market better than a global vendor does.
- How to do a specific job in the ERP, aimed at someone searching for the problem rather than the product.
Consistency beats volume. A short post every fortnight does more for search position than ten articles published in one week and then nothing for six months.
