Calendar
Calendar puts everything with a date on one screen — CRM tasks and reminders, project deadlines, customer dues, invoices, post-dated cheques and EMD or SD due dates — alongside your own events. It is the answer to "what is coming up" without opening six modules.
What appears on it
| Source | What it contributes |
|---|---|
| CRM Tasks · CRM Reminders | Follow-ups and things assigned to you. |
| Project Deadlines | When project work is due. |
| Customer Dues | Invoices falling due. |
| Post-Dated Cheques | Cheque dates, so nothing is presented late or early. |
| EMD / SD Due | Tender deposit dates. |
| My Events | Your own entries — meetings, calls, follow-ups, notes. |

Switch between Month, Day and Agenda. Due this week and Overdue pull out what needs attention, and the Legend explains the colour coding.
Your own events
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Event | What it is — a meeting, call, deadline or follow-up. |
| Category | How it is grouped and coloured. |
| Start / End | When, or tick All day. |
| Location | Where. |
| Reminder | How many minutes beforehand to remind you. |
| Private | Keeps the event to yourself. |
| Notes | Anything else. |
Mark done closes an item off. Deleting asks for confirmation first.
The calendar reflects what is recorded elsewhere. A due date missing here is a due date missing on the transaction — the fix is on the invoice or the cheque, not on the calendar.
