Membership
| Figure | Meaning |

| Active Members | Members currently on cover. |
| In Onboarding | Captured but not yet through the workflow. |
| Pending activation | Members whose waiting period has ended and who can now be activated. |
| Membership status mix | The spread across active, lapsed, terminated and deceased. |
| Active dependents | How many people the society is covering in total. |
Money
| Figure | Meaning |

| Income — Contributions Collected | Premiums, joining fees and Motshelo received. |
| Outflow — Payouts | Claims and refunds paid. |
| Net Fund Movement | Income less outflow. Whether the fund grew or shrank. |
| Month Collection | What came in this month. |
| Contributions trend (6 mo) | Collection over the last half year. |
| Claims in Pipeline | Claims logged but not yet paid. |
| Claims Balance Due | Approved claims still owed. |
Net fund movement is the number that decides whether the society is sustainable. Consistently negative means contributions do not cover the death rate, and the answer is a premium review rather than a busier collection month.
Data Quality
| Check | What it flags |
|---|
| Members with an invalid Omang | National ID numbers that fail validation. |
| No contribution > 3 mo | Members drifting towards lapse. |
| Children to age out | Dependents about to lose cover on age. |
| Dependent premiums out of range | Premiums outside the product's own limits. |
