Google Business
Google Business manages your Google Business Profile listings from inside the ERP. Edit business details and opening hours across every outlet, publish updates, events and offers to one location or all of them, answer reviews from an inbox, and watch how many people found and called you. Profile edits are tracked as requests until Google confirms them, so you always see what is actually live.

Why it is here and not on Google
A business with several outlets ends up with several listings, each edited by whoever happens to have the password. Doing it from the ERP means one place, your own permissions, and a record of who changed what.
Nothing is live until Google says so
An edit sent to Google is a request, not a change. Google reviews it, and it may be accepted, changed or refused. The app therefore shows both what you asked for and what is currently live, rather than showing your edit as though it had taken effect.
Permissions
| Area | Grants |
|---|---|
| View listings | Reading the listings. |
| Edit business details | Sending profile changes to Google. |
| Publish posts | Posting updates, events and offers. |
| Reply to reviews | Answering customers. |
| View performance | The figures. |
| Connect / settings | The Google connection itself. |
Replying to reviews is its own permission for a reason. A reply is published under your business's name and is read by everybody who reads the review — it is the most public thing anybody in the company can write.
