WooCommerce
The WooCommerce integration keeps your online store and your ERP in step — stock, customers, categories and orders flow between them so nothing has to be typed twice. An order placed on the website becomes a real transaction in the books without anyone re-keying it.
Set up in this order
| # | Step | Why it comes here |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Configurations | The REST API keys and webhooks. Nothing works before this. |
| 2 | General Settings | What an order becomes in the ERP, and the defaults new records take. |
| 3 | Categories | Sync and map categories before items, so items have somewhere to land. |
| 4 | Items | The first product sync. |
| 5 | Customers | Sign-ups start flowing in through the webhook. |
Categories before items. ERP allows one category per stock item, so an item synced before its category exists has to be classified by hand afterwards — and that is a job you do once per product.
What syncs
| Screen | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Woo Orders | Store orders and the ERP documents they became. |
| Woo Customers | Shoppers, linked to ERP customer records. |
| Woo Categories | Store categories mapped to ERP categories. |
| Woo Items | Products, prices and stock. |
| Woo Item Variations | Size and colour variants against ERP stock IDs. |
| Woo Fail Log | What failed to sync, and why. |
When something does not appear
Check the failure log first. Almost every "the order never arrived" turns out to be an API credential, a missing webhook or a data mismatch, and the log names which.
