Required Details to Register a company on TamilAccounting

The System requires several information to register and start with it. These information help us to create your company effective to start using it. Let's check them in detail. It differs based on the plan that you are choosing it. We have 3 major types of plans, 
  • Direct Company
  • Accountant
  • Reseller Plan
Each plan requires some common details let's use it for common in the system 

  1. Company details such as Name, Address, Email, phone and Tax Number.
  2. Email and SMTP Details.
  3. Initial Capital Contribution.
  4. Customers and Supplier details with their opening balance.
  5. Items and Services along with stock.
  6. Bank Accounts.
For Accountants, there is not much specific needs, The above told things are enough. And you need to create your Subscription plans for your customers, which you can done from the Setup Wizard.

For Resellers, You are going to get a white labelled Version of TamilAccounting. So you need to get a domain and its sub- domain. Domain helps to show your site frontend. Sub-domain helps to run your backend with it.  And you have to have your logo, favicon, Loading animation. From the Setup wizard you need to choose a suitable theme for your website frontend. With that we will create default pages. And you can edit the content of the pages later from the Backend with our page builder. 

You have to have the subscription plan for your customers, Payment gateway to collect payment from your customers. 

SEO related things, such as web master submission along with sitemaps, Social media links for promotion. Whatsapp config to get your customers see the whatsapp chat icon from the Website frontend. and with that you can monitor inquires from your whatsapp itself.
